We are committed to creating an open, transparent and safe working environment where workers feel able to speak up in the event they have concerns about illegal or unethical conduct that does not align with our intent of operating the business in an ethical way with honesty and integrity as detailed in our Disclosure / Whistleblowing policy.

We have a zero tolerance towards corruption in all its forms including extortion and bribery. This zero tolerance approach extends to money laundering, fraud and tax evasion in all our activities where we will operate in accordance with legislation, Government guidance and industry best practice as detailed in our Anti-Bribery and Corruption policy.

We have a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery both in our business and in any of our supply chains. Our intention is to operate in compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice on the avoidance of modern slavery and the elimination of human trafficking as detailed in our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking policy.

We are committed to the ethical, sustainable and commercially appropriate procurement of goods and services and intend to operate in broad accordance with industry best practice on procurement and supply chain management as detailed in our Supply Chain policy.

We intend to operate in a sustainable way creating value for stakeholders, and using resources so that the needs of future generations will not be compromised, respecting people, the environment and the society as a whole as summarised in our Sustainability policy.
